Does MySpace block <embed> tag?
As of November 2nd, MySpace blocks all <embed> tags on all MySpace pages. Now all the video clips as well as flash-based the <embed> tag is converted into <blockedcontent>, thus making impossible to put any videoclip into the page!

But still ...is there any way to put videos into my page?
Yes! Due to Myspace.com's restrictions on putting videos on your profile, VideoCodeZone.com is offering a way to link your playlist instead. To do this, on a video page use the video code titled as "Code for MySpace" -- you can put it into any section of your MySpace profile!

But if I want to make video play straight from my profile?
Embeds still work in blogs, bulletins and probably in comments section. Besides, you still can make video to play from your profile by adding it into a "Companies" section! To do this, follow this simple guide:
1. Login to MySpace.
2. Click "Edit my profile.
3. Click "Companies".
4. Open your video on VideoCodeZone.com.
5. Copy code from box entitled as "For Other Websites".
6. On MySpace's Companies edit page, paste the code into "Company Name" field.
7. That's it! Check your profile.

Will <embed> tags work on MySpace again?
Well, who knows... but it is a very bad move of Myspace definitely! Now you can't customize MySpace and add your favorite music, besides of what MySpace can offer (and they have very little amount of music). We encourage you to contact MySpace at this page and request that they resolve this as soon as possible so that you can continue to post your favorite music videos, audio clips, and flash animations! If everyone will email to them, most likely they will change their decision.
