First step:
Revisit MySpace.com and login:

Second step:
Click Blog in top navigation bar.:
|

Third step:
Go to View Blog in My Controls section.
|
|
Fourth step:
Choose post with video, that you want to delete and click Remove.
|
|
Fifth step:
When MySpace ask you "Are you sure you want to remove this blog?" click OK.

Sixth step:
In Confirm Blog Remove windows choose Remove.
